International Conference Rethinking How We Train Teachers of Tomorrow
15-17 September 2023
The conference aims to provide a platform for sharing and discussing effective approaches for bridging the
theory-practice gap in teacher education and for exploring the challenges and opportunities in doing so.
Additionally, it aims
to explore new and innovative ways to prepare teachers for the challenges and opportunities of the digital
age
to ensure that future educators are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies to
effectively integrate digital technology into their teaching practice and to create engaging and effective
learning experiences
for their students. In addition to the goals mentioned above, this conference also serves as a fundraising
event
to support the victims of the recent earthquakes in Turkey.
We believe that by coming together as educators, we will make a change not only to the minds of the teachers
of tomorrow, but also to the lives of those who have been affected by this recent tragedy.
