Privacy Policy

1. Privacy policy for the app TSTT

Released / latest update: 04 . 9. 2023 The app TSTT (hereafter referred to as “the App”) is developed and owned by Michal Manda, Id.Nr.: 06263178, with registered office in Amurská 822/7, 100 00 Prague, Czech Republic. The purpose of the App is to assist organizers of conferences and its participants. The App is free. With this private policy, we would like to inform you about the nature, scope and purposes of the collection, use and processing of your personal data by us. If you choose to download and use the App, then you agree to the collection and use of your personal data and to the other terms and conditions specified in this privacy policy. This privacy policy is compliant with the Directive 95/46/EC - General Data Protection Regulation (hereafter referred to as “GDPR”). Applicable national law is the Czech law.

3. Which data we collect

To create an account on the App, the following personal data will be stores: • name and surname; • e-mail address. Furthermore we will store the notes you will make in the App. When making notes related to a conference, the notes will become visible all the participants of the conference. By writing the notes, you agree with those conditions and you provide us. Log Data: We want to inform you that whenever you use the App, in a case of an error we can collect data and information on your phone called “Log Data”. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. However we do not collect Log Data generally by default. Cookies: Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. The App does not use cookies explicitly. However, the APP may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, the functions of the APP may become restricted.

4. Data retention

We keep the all data as long as you have the App installed. Once you uninstall the App, we delete your personal data (name and e-mail address. Log Data if controlled) automatically within 30 days and we keep the rest of the data provided (notes from the conference) anonymized, which means they will not be related to you any more. Of course if you occur to write some personal data to the notes in the App, we will delete them also.

5. Personal data use

We collect and control personal data for the purposes of: Every user of the App who participates in a conference will be able to see other participants names and notes. Once you delete the App, only your notes without any link to your name or identity will remain visible for the other participants and organisers. Legal basis for the above use is your previous consent expressed by registering for a conference, in a mutual contract or by downloading and using the App. Furthermore it is our legitimate interest (organizing the conference or future conferences including its promotion, analysing data, developing the App and ensuring its functions). We use no analytics or targeted ads.

6. Notes and copyright

By downloading and using the app, you give us the permission to use any anonymized notes written by you for any purposes, especially to organize further conferences, make references and promotion, also in public. We are allowed to use the notes with a link to your name only if you are the author and you give us a special consent to do so. Furthermore by writing the notes you allow any other participants of the same conference to copy and use the notes in private. We have no means to prevent them from doing so.

7. Third parties

We share your personal data with organisers or co-organisers of the conference you register to. We may share your personal data also in order to assist to develop, maintain or repair the App. If we do share your personal data with third parties, we oblige them to handle the personal data with the same care as we do. 8. Children’s Privacy

The App does not address to anyone under the age of 15. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 15. In the case we discover that a child under 15 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

9. Links to other websites and social media

The App can contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy practices and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.

10. Your rights

You are entitled to ask for a copy of your personal data that is in our possession (your right of data access). You may request the deletion of personal data or the correction of inaccurate personal data (your right to erasure and rectification). Please note that we may keep certain information concerning you, as required by law, or when we have a legal basis to do so. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, or to other processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest (your right to object to processing). You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data (your right to restriction of processing). Please note that this only applies if (i) you contested the accuracy of your personal data and we are verifying the accuracy of the personal data, (ii) you exercised your right to object and we are still considering, as foreseen by the applicable law, whether the legitimate reasons we are pursuing prevail over yours; or (iii) your personal data has been processed by us in an unlawful way and you request a restriction on their processing rather than erasure; or (iv) we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but they are still necessary for you to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You have the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive the personal data you have provided us with, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmit this data to another controller (your right to data portability). You also have the right to make a complaint to the relevant data protection supervisory authority or to seek a remedy through the courts if you believe that your rights have been breached. We may update our private policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Where appropriate, we will notify you of changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page.
